<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a designated function can be dealt with in print request information. <P>SOLUTION: Logical pages 16R are allocated in places of front and back surfaces of a recording sheet of paper 16, respectively, based on imposition setting information included in attributive information extracted from print request information. It is determined whether the layout responds to a color image request based on the layout information of the pages 16R and the function information of a printer. The determination result is advised on a UI36 in such a way that an imposition image 72 where the respective logical pages 16R are arranged and identified so as to be colored or monochrome, and a warning image 76 and an indicating image 78 as needed are displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
