INTEGRATED MONITORING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for achieving early detection of a problem, specification of a problem range when the number of data centers (DCs) of an objective system is two or more in a technology for operation management (including monitoring) of a system.

SOLUTION: An integrated monitoring system includes a first processing unit (monitoring server 3 in DC and integrated monitoring server 5) for monitoring the inside state of each of the plurality of data centers 2 constituting the objective system such as a site, a second processing unit (service monitoring server 4) for monitoring the access state to the service of the site from a user terminal 1, and a third processing unit (integrated monitoring server 5) for specifying the problem part or problem range of the plurality of DCs 2 of the objective system and for output of the information by comparing first monitoring information by the first processing unit and second monitoring information by the second processing unit and performing decision.
