<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plant for a solid fuel using a mixed waste with a small production amount of ash in combustion, with a small use amount of a fossil fuel for drying raw materials, capable of restraining labor and cost for sorting the raw materials, and capable of producing a solid fuel without generation of dioxin in combustion. <P>SOLUTION: The production plant extracts raw materials from a waste in a sorting line 1 for shaping the raw materials in a solid fuel-shaping line 2 for producing a solid fuel. It also shapes vinyl chloride extracted from the waste in the sorting line 1 in a vinyl chloride reclamation material-shaping line 3 for forming a reclamation material. The sorting line 1 crushes the waste with a rough crusher 12 for sorting the same into heavy matter, lightweight matter and small size matter with a sway type sorting machine 13. The lightweight matter is cleaned and dehydrated with a cleaning, dehydrating and sorting machine 15 for removing waste plastic including vinyl chloride with an optical sorting device 20. The lightweight matter with the waste plastic including vinyl chloride removed with the optical sorting device 20 is shaped with a shaping machine 27 for producing RPF. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
