PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating body for fishery, capable of precisely pulling up without slip even a shell-attached rope to which a large amount of Ascidia zara and other foreign matters is attached, and to provide a cleaning device. SOLUTION: The rotating body for the fishery for pulling up the shell-attached rope hung in sea by hooking the rope on the body is obtained by attaching a corrugated panel enabling the shell-attached rope to be engaged, and obtained by bending a narrow long board into a wave shape, or attaching a corrugated net enabling the shell-attached rope to be engaged, and obtained by continuously forming a large number of the corrugated boards in the height direction of the wave to the surface of the body. The cleaning device is equipped with the rotating body for the fishery, for pulling up the shell-attached rope in which the shells are engaged on the hung rope from the sea as the rotating body of the cleaning device capable of cleaning the shell-attached rope pulled up by being hooked on the outer periphery of the rotating body.
