PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic rice polishing system capable of being used easily by using a proximity type non-contact IC card inclusive of a cell phone without involving troublesome operations, where an automatic rice polishing treatment is given to the brown rice carried in by a user. SOLUTION: The automatic rice polishing system includes: a rice polishing device (A) which is provided with a charging hopper (2) and which polishes the rice by taking in the prescribed amount of charged brown rice; a control part (B) which repeatedly operates and controls the rice polishing device (A) within the remaining range of the charged brown rice; and a settlement means (D) which settles the charging amount as a condition for the repeated operation of the rice polishing device (A). The settlement means (D) is provided with a tray-shaped non-contact input/output part (7) which stably retains a proximity type non-contact IC tip carrier (K) including a cell phone into which a proximity type non-contact IC tip is incorporated, and which carries out the settlement of the charging amount by means of the proximity non-contact communication with the proximity type non-contact IC tip.
