PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing an amino composition having stabilized properties by inhibiting the formation of by-products of a polyamine in producing the amino composition by the addition reaction of an alkenyl compound to the polyamine. SOLUTION: In the process for producing an amino composition by the addition reaction of an alkenyl compound to an polyamine, the previous reaction of forming a reaction intermediate between a catalyst showing strong basicity and the polyamine and the subsequent addition reaction of the alkenyl compound are carried out at a temperature of 75 to 85°C.
