PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose joint structure easy to assemble/disassemble and easy to wash for suppressing the propagation of various germs. SOLUTION: The hose joint structure includes a nipple 1 to be inserted into an end inner face 101 of a hose 100 whose inner and outer faces are formed as flat surfaces, an annular packing 2 to be inserted into an end outer face 102 of the hose 100, and a pair of holders 3 each having a semi-cylindrical inner face located on the outer face of the packing 2. The holders 3 are fastened to each other to thrust the packing 2 and connect the nipple 1 to the hose end. The nipple 1 includes a first insertion part 10 having a flat outer face whose diameter is somewhat smaller than that of the end inner face 101 of the hose, and a collar part 11 abutting on an end face 103 of the hose end, and having an outer face whose outer diameter is set larger than that of the end outer face 102 of the hose 100. The packing 2 includes a second insertion part 20 having a flat inner face whose diameter is somewhat larger than that of the end outer face 102 of the hose 100, and a seal part 21 sealing the outer face of the collar part 11, and having an inner diameter larger than that of the inner face of the second insertion part 20.
