PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a conventional energy generating apparatus using permanent magnets generates an instant motion by the principle of action and reaction of magnetic force but never generates energy. SOLUTION: Rotating bodies have different diameters, a plurality of permanent magnets have different intensities of magnetic forces, and individual permanent magnets are disposed so that the same polarities face each other, to make a difference in moment of the repulsion forces generated in the rotating bodies. By mounting a gear of the same diameter, to these rotating bodies having different diameters, the rotating bodies are rotated at the same cycle. However, since the rotating bodies have difference circumferences, the rotating bodies return to their original phases with the permanent magnets being separated mutually little by little. The energy generated by moment is repulsion force multiplied by radius. As long as the permanent magnets return to their original phases with the permanent magnets being separated mutually little by little, a difference in moment is extracted as energy.
