PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of performing heating of a minute sample by reducing waste of energy with the less number of components in a heating instrument used for a chemical experiment. SOLUTION: An exchangeable heat-resistant and medicine-resistant film is pasted on the surface of a self-control heating element, and a heat-resistant plate is further mounted on the other surface of the self-control heating element.
