PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for detecting and reporting a disaster along with a mobile wireless device that automatically detect the disaster and report information of the disaster on the occurrence of the disaster. SOLUTION: The system is a system 1 that detects the disaster and reports the information about the disaster. The system includes: at least one or more sensors 5 that detect the disaster; the mobile wireless device 4 that automatically detects and receives results of the sensors 5; and a control section 3 that receives the information about the disaster that is automatically transmitted from the mobile wireless device 4 according to the detected results of the sensors 5.
