PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a search term suitable for search for related information related to a broadcast content to a search term comprised of only keywords directly included in metadata; to expand the search term to a search term partly including keywords other than the metadata or comprised of only keywords other than the metadata; and to present an appropriate program-interlocked content to a user. SOLUTION: A program-interlocked content distribution server 10 has a metadata acquiring section 101, a search term generating section 102 that extracts a search term which is recognized as being related to the broadcast content from search terms included in a past search history by utilizing relevance to the metadata and uses the extracted search term as a new search term, a related data acquiring section 103 that acquires a search result which is the related information of the broadcast content from a search server 40, a content creating section 104 that creates and stores a program interlocked content using the metadata and the search result, and a content distributing section 105 that distributes the program interlocked content to a client terminal 20.
