PURPOSE: A toilet penetration apparatus is provided to penetrate an obstructed drainpipe and to easily exchange a gas container. CONSTITUTION: A toilet penetration apparatus comprises: a gas container(110) in which an entrance is shut tightly by a seal plate and an amount of gas is saved thereinside; a main body(120) which is equipped with a gas container insertion part depressed from the upper end at the constant depth; a trigger pin(130) for discharging gas saved in the gas container to a channel; a lid part(140) transferring the gas container to the trigger pin; and a contact part which guides the gas emitted along the channel to the drainpipe.
