PURPOSE: A cooling device for a runout table is provided to rapidly discharge cooling water through a discharge hole of a guide unit using a spray unit. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device for a runout table comprises a spray unit(10), a guide unit(20), and an opening and closing unit(50). The spray unit sprays cooling water on a material transferred through rollers(30). The guide unit guides the material and has a outlet hole for discharging cooling water. The opening and closing unit opens and closes the outlet hole and comprises a cover plate(51), a moving unit(52), and a controller(53). The cover plate covers the outlet hole and opens the outlet hole after the material passes thrugh the opening and closing unit. The moving unit is coupled to the cover plate and moves the cover plate. The controller controls the moving unit.
