PURPOSE: A method for mapping a network interface in a mobile terminal having a multi network interface is provided to use an application in an optimized state through the mapping of a network interface proper to the characteristics of the application. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal drives one of plural applications(S301), and an interface selection management unit confirms the information of the driven application(S303). The interface selection management unit searches a network interface selection table(S305) through the confirmed application information, and selects a communication module for the searched network interface. The interface selection management unit maps the selected communication module with the application(S307).
