METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING UNDIFFERENTIATED CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for simply and accurately identifying undifferentiated cells containing stem cells such as multi-functional stem cells or cancer stem cells from cells or a cell group.

SOLUTION: A nucleic acid structure containing a reporter gene operably connected to Nanog promoter is transferred to cells or cell group of test control, and a reporter gene specific in an undifferentiated cell can thereby be expressed. Consequently, the objective undifferentiated cell can accurately be identified and detected.
