PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin laminate which has a layer comprising a polycarbonate resin layer and an acrylic resin composition, and is not whitened when stretched, bent, shocked, or exposed to a wet heat condition for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The acrylic resin composition is prepared by a process in which a methacrylic resin (A) and a polyvinyl acetal resin (B) produced by acetalizing a polyvinyl alcohol resin by aldehydes are melt/kneaded under conditions of a mass ratio (A)/(B) of 99/1-51/49 and a shear rate of at least 100 sec<SP>-1</SP>to form the continuous phase of the methacrylic resin (A). The polyvinyl acetal resin (B) contains 65-85 mol% of repeating units acetalized by the aldehydes of the total mol% of repeating units. The molar ratio of repeating units acetalized by≥4C aldehydes/repeating units acetalized by≤3C aldehydes is 90/10-0/100. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
