<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common game function achieving high entertainment property. <P>SOLUTION: A gaming machine is configured such that a slot machine 10 repeatedly performs a unit game for stopping a scrolled base-game symbol-column image 500a and re-arranging base game symbols 511, independently of the other slot machines 10.
