摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rolling bearing device, improving operational efficiency and enhancing productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the rolling bearing device is provided which includes: adhesive agent applying steps S1, S4, S7 and S10 of applying an adhesive agent to fitting portions between inner rings of two rolling bearings arranged coaxially in a spaced-apart manner in an axial direction and a shaft fitted in them and to fitting portions between outer rings and a sleeve fitted onto them; fitting steps S2, S5, S8 and S11 of bringing the respective inner rings and the shaft into fitting engagement and the respective outer rings and the sleeve into fitting engagement, respectively; and a welding step S12 of laser-welding, in a state where the inner rings to which the adhesive agent is applied in the adhesive agent applying steps S1, S4, S7 and S10 are brought close to each other due to pushing of the inner rings in the axial direction, the pushed inner rings to the shaft using laser power not causing thermal deformation of the pushed inner rings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
