<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping sheet further improved in vibration damping property at temperature exceeding 40°C, particularly at temperature not lower than 80°C and not higher than 120°C, and to provide a method for damping vibration of a vibrating member and a method of using the member. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration damping sheet 1 which includes a resin layer 2 with glass transition temperature not lower than 60°C and not higher than 100°C and a constraining layer 3 laminated onto the resin layer 2, is stuck on the vibrating member 5.
