PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal polarized antenna which reduces a return loss while reducing a resonance frequency. SOLUTION: The horizontal polarized antenna is provided with: a dipole antenna element which has a semicircular, semielliptical, or semipolygonal arc part; a semicylindrical, semielliptical cylindrical, or semipolygonal cylindrical reflector; and a linear conductor one end of which is connected to the reflector and the other end of which is arranged near the outside of both ends of the arc part. The linear conductor has a linear part which faces a tangent line on both ends of the arc part. The arc part of the dipole antenna element and the semicylindrical part of the reflector are made into the same direction, and at least a part of the dipole antenna element is arranged inside the semicylindrical part to be formed by the reflector.
