PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information to input from being known to a third party. SOLUTION: A detection part 122 detects that a user wears a transparent HMD (Head Mounted Display) 121, a disposition decision part 113 decides correspondences between a plurality of input keys 114 and characters at random, the transparent HMD 121 displays a character at a position corresponding to the respective plurality of input keys 114 on the basis of the correspondence decided by the disposition decision part 113, and a control part 112 recognizes information input by using the plurality of input keys 114 on the basis of the correspondences decided by the disposition decision part 113 and performs processing.
