PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anemometer device and an anemometer system capable of measuring a wind direction and a wind velocity at each spot in a room with a simple device structure. SOLUTION: The anemometer device includes a prescribed support shaft, a rotor rotated about the support shaft, a nondirectional wind velocity detector provided on a surface of the rotor in a direction perpendicular to the support shaft, a drive part rotating the rotor via the support shaft, a drive control part controlling the drive part, and a wind direction/velocity calculation part calculating the wind direction and velocity at the spot where the rotor is installed on the basis of an output signal of the wind velocity detector and the rotation angle of the rotor.
