PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler neck part structure of vehicle preventing the generation of electric corrosion on a route for grounding from a filler pipe to a vehicle body panel and surely releasing the static electricity generated by the charges on the filler pipe to the vehicle body panel, while enhancing the corrosion resistance against various types of fuels. SOLUTION: In the filler neck part structure of vehicle, the filler pipe 2 with an oil feeding port 2a opening at one end and a filler neck 1 including a holder 3 welded onto the outer circumference of the one end of the filler pipe 2 are installed to a fuel box (the vehicle body panel) 9 made of low-carbon steel with use of a bolt 10 inserted through the holder 3. The filler pipe 2 is configured by a ferritic stainless steel and the holder 3 and the bolt 10 are configured by the low-carbon steel similar to the material for the fuel box 9. At least the joint portion between the filler pipe 2 and the holder 3 is coated with paint. The route for grounding is formed from the filler pipe 2 to the fuel box 9 via the holder 3 and the bolt 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
