PURPOSE: A mold for insert injection-molding is provided to produce a product only using an insert mold without the bonding process of a grommet sub and a grommet and the press-fitting process of a bracket. CONSTITUTION: A mold for insert injection-molding is composed of upper and lower molds(10,20). The upper mold has an upper forming unit and multiple guide shafts(11). The lower mold has a lower forming unit and multiple guide holes(21). When a product is inserted into the lower forming unit, the upper mold is lowered and adhered to the lower mold. The upper forming unit has one or more material inlets(12), insert protrusions, grommet generation grooves, cable placing grooves, and protrusion grooves. Materials are supplied to the upper forming unit through the material inlets. The insert protrusions are protruded from the bottom of the upper mold. The cable placing grooves are formed to the left and right of the grommet generation grooves. The protrusion grooves are formed in one side of the grommet generation grooves.
