<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of precisely measuring serotonin included in all samples, and to provide a measuring device. <P>SOLUTION: The method of measuring serotonin comprises: the process of allowing a pretreatment column to adsorb a sample including serotonin; the process of allowing the serotonin adsorbed by the pretreatment column to be eluted; the process of introducing the serotonin that has eluted to a separation column for separation; and the process of detecting the separated serotonin. In the method of measuring serotonin, the pretreatment column is set to be a gel filtering column and an ion exchange column.
