<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server cabinet efficiently radiating heat generated when a plurality of servers installed thereinside operate, and to provide a server system employing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The server cabinet is used for installing the plurality of servers each having an input/output interface, and includes a rack, and a plurality of input/output modules installed inside the rack, respectively electrically connected to the plurality of servers. Each input/output module includes an expandable/retractable input/output socket, and the input/output socket is electrically connected to the input/output interface of the corresponding server.
