<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable-attached resin mold structure excellent in close adhesion at a boundary surface between a cable in which a fluorocarbon resin is used as a sheath material and a resin mold body. <P>SOLUTION: In the cable-attached resin mold structure in which a resin mold body is formed by molding a cable 10 provided with a sensor part 11 with a mold resin, a sheath 14, which is the outermost layer of the cable 10, is made of a sheath material, which is a mixture of a fluorocarbon resin and polyolefin-based copolymer, and the mold resin is a polyamide-based resin, and after silica fine particles 15 are generated by using the CCVD method and attached to the surface of the sheath 14, the polyamide-based resin is molded together with the cable 10 to which the silica fine particles 15 are attached and thus a resin mold body 16 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
