<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generator capable of irradiating a ground surface as a back-surface side with sunlight through a region of a solar panel. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic power generator 10 includes: a solar cell panel 12 having a plurality of solar cell modules 11 arrayed longitudinally and laterally; and a support 13 supporting the solar cell panel. The solar cell panel 12 is provided so as to be displaced, and includes spaces S allowing the sunlight to pass between solar cell modules 11 and spaces between cells constituting the solar cell modules 11.
