<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectric transducer capable of contributing to an improvement in a heat-dissipation property, and to provide an optoelectric conversion module. <P>SOLUTION: The optoelectric transducer includes a substrate; a base arranged on the substrate; and a first frame body being installed on the substrate and surrounding the base at a space to the base, in a plan view. The optoelectric transducer further includes a first conductive plate mounted on the base and extended from the upper part of the base to the outside of the first frame body; a second conductive plate mounted at the space to the first conductive plate on the base and extended from the upper part of the base to the outside of the first frame body; and an element mounted on the first conductive plate positioned on the base and electrically connected to the first conductive plate and the second conductive plate. The optoelectric transducer, further, includes a second frame body installed to cross the upper parts of the first conductive plate and the second conductive plate on the first frame body and surrounding the element; and a condensing member jointed with the second frame body and covering the space surrounded by the first frame body and the second frame body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
