<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive skin patch which enables to speedily realize the result of improvement of a symptom and improves promotion of a blood flow. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive skin patch comprises: a sheet-like support 10 provided with a plurality of protrusions 20 on one surface; and a self-adhesive layer 30 which is provided on the surface and contains a blood flow promotion agent. The protrusions 20 contains germanium and/or black silica.
