PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image capture element which effectively executes thinning and addition processing to reduce the number of output pixels at high rate even when pixel intervals are micronized and a width of a vertical transmission part is narrowed by increase of the number of pixels. SOLUTION: In the solid-state image capture element 100 with a plurality of vertical driving electrodes 16, each vertical driving electrode 16 is formed on a VCCD 12 adjacent to each photodiode 11 at a state that it is separated from vertical driving electrodes 16 at the adjacent line and the adjacent column, a horizontal wiring part 15 arranged for each line of the photodiode 11 has first and second wirings 13, 14 arranged in the horizontal direction, a vertical driving electrode 16 of each column has a first structure electrode column 161 and a second structure electrode column 162 connected to either of the first and second wirings 13, 14 via a contact 17 and whose connection patterns are different from each other.
