PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a transmission and reception system fails in reception processing due to collisions and crosstalk of signals, excess over the processing capability of a controlled device, etc., because re-synchronizing processing may be executed as countermeasures against step-out between transmission and reception caused by a time precision difference accumulated with time between a transmitter and a receiver and because, when the system is provided with a plurality of controllers, the opportunity of performing transmission processing from controllers to the controlled device at the same timing frequently occurs. SOLUTION: The controlled device manages reception of target inquiry information at timing different by controller and calculates errors of reception timing on the basis of reception timing of target inquiry information by transmitter, whereby inquiry timing from the plurality of controllers is distributed to prevent collisions and crosstalk of inquiry communication and excess over the processing capability of the controlled device.
