PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for bar arrangement, which enables upper and lower reinforcements for reinforcement of a structure to be efficiently arranged in a stably supported state at a stroke. SOLUTION: This spacer for bar arrangement includes: an M-shaped stand A which includes an upside receiving frame rod 2 having a receiving frame portion 1 with a depressed top surface, and lateral side leg rods 3 and 3 elongated downward in such a manner as to continue from both ends of the receiving frame rod; and a concrete ground contact member B which is integrated by embedding lower ends of both the leg rods of the stand. The spacer is provided with an inclined plane portion 5 which inhibits the lower reinforcement, placed on the top surface of the ground contact member, from falling by sliding movement.
