PURPOSE: A frequency-oscillator and a method of generating the signal having the constant frequency by using the same are provided to obtain a stable wavelength by oscillating an oscillating frequency despite the variation of power voltage. CONSTITUTION: A voltage distribution unit(710) receives a power voltage signal from the outside, and generates at least threes voltage signals. A sawtooth wave generating unit(720) generates a sawtooth wave by receiving an REF_TOP signal and an REF signal from the voltage distribution unit. A comparison unit(730) receives an REF_MD signal from the voltage distribution unit. The voltage distribution unit includes a power voltage input terminal, plural resistors and a voltage signal output unit. |
