PURPOSE: A braking device using oil pressure is provided to facilitate sudden brake and to extend lifespan by reducing the abrasion of a braking device. CONSTITUTION: The rotating shaft(5) of a vane pump or a rotary pump usually makes idle rotation and the rotary shaft is arranged on the central part of a cylinder case(2). In a brake operation, the cylinder case moves, the rotary shaft of the central part of the cylinder case becomes eccentric to pump oil and blocks the flow of oil so that the rotary shaft brakes by oil pressure. |
