PURPOSE: A hot runner system using ceramic is provided to increase the service life of components because the components are formed using a ceramic material with excellent heat-resistance and abrasion-resistance. CONSTITUTION: A hot runner system(100) using ceramic comprises a cavity plate(110), a clamping plate(120), spacer plates(130), a manifold block(140), valve pins(160), cylinders(150), pin guide bushes(180), and nozzles(170). The spacer plates are arranged in both ends of a gap between the cavity plate and the clamping plate. The manifold block is arranged in the inner space between the spacer plates. The valve pins penetrate through the manifold block. The cylinders are coupled to one side of the valve pins and lift the valve pins. The pin guide bushes are inserted between the cylinders and the manifold block. The valve pins penetrate through the pin guide bushes. One sides of the nozzles are coupled to the manifold block, and the other sides are exposed to the ouside the clamping plate.
