<p>Use of cosmetic composition comprising association of at least one monosaccharide comprising mannose, and/or rhamnose, and at least one additional compound comprising ascorbic acid or its analogues and their mixture, to reduce and/or prevent signs of aging skin or its appendages, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) a composition comprising the combination of the monosaccharide comprising mannose and/or rhamnose and the additional compound comprising ascorbic acid or its analogue, where the composition is devoid of a combination of xylitol and mannitol; and (2) a device comprising the association of the monosaccharide comprising mannose, and/or rhamnose and the additional compound comprising ascorbic acid or its analog, where the device is adapted to inject intraepidermal, intradermal and/or subcutaneously.
