PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device capable of preventing adhesion of abrasive powders generated at a movable contact and a fixed contact as a movable portion rocks, a relay using the same, and to provide a micro relay. SOLUTION: The contact device includes: a fixed contact 1; a movable contact 21a; a movable portion 2 having the movable contact 21a and capable of freely rocking between a position where the movable contact 21a makes contact with the fixed contact 1 and a position where it moves away from the fixed contact 1; and a compartment for housing the fixed contact 1, the movable contact 21a, and the movable portion 2. The movable portion 2 comprises a body part 20 supported in such a manner as to freely rock, a contact part 21 provided away from the body part 20 and provided with the movable contact 21a on one side opposite to the fixed contact 1, and a support part 22 having elasticity and interconnecting the body part 20 and the contact part 21. A protective wall C1 separating space on the side of the body part 20 from space on the side of the contact part 21 inside the compartment, except a gap passing through the support part 22, is provided between the body part 20 and the contact part 21.
