PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management system which can preserve data without being influenced by a memory capacity of a radio terminal such as a cellular phone, and to provide a radio terminal and a base station device. SOLUTION: The data management system includes the radio terminal 9, the base station device 10 for receiving and preserving data transmitted from the radio terminal 9, and a management server 20 for acquiring data from the base station device 10. The system has a constitution wherein the radio terminal 9 designates an address for receiving data, and informs the management server 20 of the result through the base station device 10, and after the base station device 10 finishes preservation of the data, the management server 20 transfers the data to the address designated by the radio terminal 9.
