PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intelligent house which prevents pollen from intruding indoors, without reference to the conditions of outside air. SOLUTION: Centralized control equipment 10, which is installed in the intelligent house, includes: a door lock control function which controls the release of a door lock 43 of a front door D1 on the basis of the amount of pollen measured by a pollen sensor 23 installed in a clean room CR; a pollen amount acquiring function which acquires the amounts of outdoor and indoor pollen, and pollen information in such an area from an outdoor pollen observing system 31, an indoor pollen sensor 32 and a pollen information receiver 33, respectively; a window opening alarm function which gives an alarm about the pollen to an alarm device 42, installed near windows W1-W4, together with the opening motions of the windows W1-W4; and an operation time control function which controls the operation time of an air shower device 20 depending on the amount of outdoor pollen and the pollen information in the area.
