PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ozone generator system which can correctly improve ozone generating efficiency, and generate a clean ozone gas. SOLUTION: The ozone generator system comprises a catalytic material including a photocatalytic material with a band gap of 2.0 eV to 2.9 eV, the catalytic material is provided on the wall face of a dielectric or an electrode in the discharge region, the contact surface area between the catalytic material and discharge light is increased by 1.5 times or more to the area of the dielectric or the electrode, an AC voltage is applied from a power source to inject discharge power into the discharge region, an oxygen gas is supplied from a raw material gas supply means to the discharge region, by interaction between the discharge light having at least a light wavelength in a range of 428 nm to 620 nm irradiated from discharge and the catalytic material, an oxygen gas passing through the discharge region is dissociated into oxygen atoms, and also, the oxygen gas and the dissociated oxygen atoms are subjected to a bonding process to generate an ozone gas.
