PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a communication means to be selected in accordance with a vehicle location, communication costs and a communication velocity. SOLUTION: A vehicle data communication apparatus 3 is equipped with: a plurality of communication terminals 20-26; and a communication control section 27. Priority conditions for the communication terminals 20-26 are set by an operating switch group 9 or the like, and when there are a plurality of communication terminals in which it is detected that communication is performed, the communication control section 27 selects any communication terminal in accordance with the set priority conditions.
