PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an electronic apparatus such as a cellular phone. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes approximately plate-like first and second cases each having a screw hole on its side surface; and an opening/closing hinge mechanism having a first rotary shaft and a second rotary shaft orthogonal with the first rotary shaft, the first and second rotary shafts being fixed to the first and second cases and arbitrarily shifting between an open state and a closed state. The hinge mechanism includes a fastening plate which rotates around the second rotary shaft, and includes a screw hole on the fastening plate orthogonally to a thickness direction of the first case. The screw hole on the fastening plate is positioned outside the first case. The screw hole of the second case is positioned oppositely to the first case with the fastening plate therebetween, and the first case, the fastening plate and the second case are fixed through the screw holes.
