PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cooperate the transmission and reception of task data without using any large-scaled cooperative software or complicate cooperative procedure even when the format of dealing information data and an information processing logic and a policy are different by transmission side device. SOLUTION: In response to a task data browsing request from a reception side terminal, a transmission side device converts pertinent task data, task logic and policy into transmission data configured of a prescribed data format to transmit the format to the reception side device. Meanwhile, the reception side device determines the presence/absence of an access right by extracting the policy from the transmission data, and when an access right is present, extracts the task logic from transmission data, and reads an object necessary for the execution of the task logic. Meanwhile, when any necessary object cannot be read, the reception side device transmits the object acquisition request to the transmission side device, and obtains the necessary object.
