PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calendar mechanism whose second day wheel has been enhanced in assemblability, and to provide an analog timepiece including this mechanism. SOLUTION: The calendar mechanism 1 of the analog timepiece 2 includes: a first day wheel 40 provided with a first date-character display part 43, a first day wheel gear 42, and a drive cam 44 in an endless ring shape; a drive cam lever 60 which has an operation lever part 62 provided with a first sector gear 61, and in which a driven lever part 63 is spring loaded so as to be a cam follower, and the operation lever part 62 is rotated in compliance with the driven lever part 63 being in touch with the drive cam 44; a second day wheel 50 which is provided with a second date-character display part 53 and a second sector gear 52 meshed with the first sector gear, and is rotatable; and a positioning locking part 80. When the digit in the ten's place of a date is 0, part 90 of the drive cam lever 60 comes in touch with the positioning locking part 80, and the cam follower 64 of the driven lever part 63 is kept separated from an ineffective cam surface part 44a out of the cam surfaces of the drive cam 44.
