PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hydrophilic/water-repellent patterned glass substrate is provided to implement a hydrophilic/water-repellent patterning process on a super water-repellent ZnO thin film by arranging a shadow mask on the thin film and radiating ultraviolet ray to the shadow mask. CONSTITUTION: A glass substrate is cleaned and is undergone a hydrophilic processing process. A ZnO thin film is formed on the upper side of the substrate. An FAS processing process is implemented on the surface of the ZnO thin film. A shadow mask is arranged on the upper side of the ZnO tin film. Ultraviolet ray is radiated to the shadow mask in order to implement a patterning process. An ultraviolet ray radiated region represents a hydrophilic property, and a non-radiated region represents a water-repellent property. |
