PURPOSE: A slag removal apparatus of a coal gasifier is provided to prevent the operational failure of the coal gasifier by slag through improving the conventional limestone injection flow quantity controlling method. CONSTITUTION: A slag removal apparatus of a coal gasifier(10) comprises a limestone injection unit(20), a liquid slag flux measuring unit(40), a liquid slag viscosity measuring unit(50), a solid slag thickness measuring unit(60), an internal temperature measuring unit(70), and a slag controlling unit(80). The slag controlling unit includes a limestone injection flow quantity controlling valve. |
