PURPOSE: A temperature measurement device and a temperature measurement method in a rolling process are provided to improve measurement accuracy by eliminating foreign substances and vapor from the surface of a material. CONSTITUTION: A temperature measurement device in a rolling process comprises a first sensor unit(100), a second sensor unit(150), and a movable temperature measurement device. The first sensor unit senses mateirals discharged from a first rolling device. The second sensor unit senses the discharged materials entering into a second rolling device. The temperature measurement device is arranged on the inlet of the second rolling device. The temperature measurement device is connected to the first sensor unit or the second sensor unit and measures the temperature of the materials.
