CELL PENETRATING PEPTIDE MODIFIED NANOLIPOSOME AND ANTI-ATOPIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An anti-atopic composition containing cell permeable peptide-conjugated nanoliposome is provided to maximize atopic dermatitis treatment effect. CONSTITUTION: A nanoliposome has an anti-atopy active material and has a cell permeable peptide which is coupled on the surface. The anti-atopy active material is taxifolin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside. A lipid forming the nanoliposome is phospholipid. The phospholipid is phosphocholine of 3-24 carbon atoms. The nanoliposome contains polysorbate 80, span 80, sodium cholate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, lysophosphatidylcholine, or ethanol.
