PURPOSE: A data transmission system and a method using an information control device, a terminal and information control device are provided to enable a user to easily transmit data to another terminal. CONSTITUTION: A second terminal(200) receives data by using wireless communication. An information control device(300) requests, receives, and stores the data by using wireless communication if duplication command of the data is received. The information control device transmits the stored data to the second terminal by using wireless communication with second terminal if a paste command for transmitting the stored data to the second terminal is received. The store data is transmitted to the second terminal. A first terminal selects data corresponding to the location of an information control device by grasping the location of the information control device on the screen if the information control device is sensed.
